1. Acceptance

By using cheerawards.org you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account, submit nominations, or attend the event. Voting is open to the public; we may rate-limit or invalidate votes we believe were submitted fraudulently.

3. Nominations & user content

• You represent that content you submit is yours or that you have permission to share it.
• You grant The Cheer Awards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your nomination and any uploaded media on our site, social channels, and at the event.
• We may remove content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or off mission.

4. SMS program

SMS messages are sent only after you opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for the full program description.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Prohibited conduct

• No automated voting, scraping, or attempts to manipulate results.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to breach security.
• No reselling, redistributing, or using our SMS/email lists for third-party marketing.

6. Tickets & event

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use.

7. Disclaimers

The site and event are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cheer Awards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
